Quality
ACCUMALUX MOLD TECHNOLOGY s.a. is certified according to IN ISO 9001: 2000. Our target is to continue optimising the quality of our products and services. We have centred our processes on the need and requirements of our customers. For all the moulds we can offer sample trials and InitialSample Reports. Moulds and components are measured with our Coordinate Measuring Equipment. All injection moulds are tested in trial until our customer is completely satisfied. |

Range of Capabilities
• Own Construction with 3-D CAD/CAM Systems
operated by highly specialised engineers.
• Direct links to most modern CNC Machines for the production of components with highest precision.
• 100% quality of dimensions achievable with the CNC Milling , HSC (High-Speed-Cutting) and Spark Erosion machines.
• All moulds up to a size of 1.200 x 1.000 mm and a weight of 10 tons may be sampled on our own injection machines from 150 to 800t.
• We offer prototyping, small series as well as mass productions.
